WEDDING
The coverage begins and ends at a time agreed between the couple and the photographer prior to the wedding. A wedding time form will be provided a few weeks before the date of the wedding to ensure we have all the correct times, addresses and info needed.

For bookings involving a church ceremony at certain venues the photographers movements are sometimes restricted by the official in charge and can even be restricted by a booked videographer. Therefore the viewing point from which the photographer is able to cover the ceremony may not be the photographer's choice and the photographer cannot accept responsibility for any obstructed view should this be the case.

Due to the extent of differences in clients preferences it is not the photographers responsibility to take any desired people in photographs. To keep to the timescale of the day and so that the photographer is able to stay true to the documentary style of their work, formal group shots are kept to a bare minimum and the photographer works with immediate family only. Brothers, sisters, their parents and children, the bride and grooms mum and dad and grandparents. Provided there is enough time before the clients are called for their meal the clients are able to use this time to mingle with guests or for more formal line ups again only as long as there is enough time.

It is important for the client to understand that they book the photographer based on their photography work and creative style. It is not possible for the photographer to recreate another photographers work or ideas through selected images by the client.

IMAGE SIZE, COLOUR, STYLE AND COMPOSITION
All image sizes are approximate. The photographer will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching. It is sometimes not possible to record on camera or in print the exact colour as seen by the human eye. There is no right to reject on the bases of style or composition. Photography editing styles may be subject to change.

ATTENDANCE
If for any reason the photographer is unable to complete the coverage, the photographer reserves the right to appoint another photographer to attend on his/her behalf to undertake the photography in their place.

A meal is not required for the photographers but if the client would like to provide a meal it is always appreciated. If a meal is to be provided please ensure photographers are away from the wedding party where possible, ie; at a bar or restaurant. If a meal will not be provided the photographers will allow 1.5 hours during the day set aside to have dinner (usually when the wedding party are having their meal).

Wedding date is only secure once Terms and Conditions have been agreed, a booking form filled out and a €300 (or another amount as agreed between parties) non-refundable booking fee has been paid. The photographer holds the right not to photograph the wedding if any of these mentioned above have not been completed. The photographer also holds the right not to photograph the wedding if the remaining payment has not been paid 4 weeks before the date of the wedding. The photographer also holds the rights not to release any photographs if this is the case.

INDEMNITY
The photographer agrees to indemnify the client against all expenses, damages, claims and legal costs arising out of any failure by the photographer to obtain any clearances for which they were responsible in respect of third party copyright works, trademarks, designs or other intellectual property. The photographer shall only be responsible for obtaining such clearances if this has been expressly agreed before the day of the wedding. In all other cases the client shall be responsible for obtaining such clearances and will indemnify the photographer against all expenses, damages, claims and legal costs arising out of any failure to obtain such clearances.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In the unlikely event of photographic or hard drive failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstances, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total original wedding photography value agreed by both parties at time of booking. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
